Gebrouwen met kruidnagel, peperkorrels en een typisch Belgische gist die een licht fruitig aroma geeft en vrijwel alle suikers uit het bier opeet. Dat maakt dit bier extra droog en toch fluweelzacht. Perfect voor na een dag hard werken.

Pours a nice orange/amber colour. Dense white head with long retention. Aroma's: fruity, caramel malts, bready. Retronasal it's bready, caramellish, light fruity, yeasty. Flavour is light sweet and light bitter. Carbonation on the high side. Finish is a bit dry, moderate bitter.

Can at Pluk. Slight haze gilden with small white head. Indeed some bkack pepper up front, dry malts, soft bread crust, yeast, cloves, grassy. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied, slight dry. OK.

At Troost. Sample from tap. Hazy pale golden/thin white head. Sweet malts, lemon, elderflower, coriander, herbs, yeast. Light sweet w/little tart note, light bitter. Under medium body & soft carb.
