Did someone ask for hops? Tired of beers that promise a full lupulin experience, but never deliver more than richly malted bitterness? It’s no secret that this is what we excel at. We’ve been brewing world class IPAs for years. Our flagship is the culmination of a decades worth of studying and brewing. Take a step above and acclimate to what an IPA should be.

Pint can. Nice 18k golden color with a large head that has good retention. The aroma is strong with tangerines, mango and a touch of pineapple. The taste follows the nose with tropical citrus dominating in the forefront and a pleasant bitterness on the back end. The palate is medium and appropriate for the style. Finishes long. I paired this with some Cheez-it extra cheesy crackers, worked ok, but perhaps pretzels would have been better.

Can [many thanks to KevinReddirt, IP trade in Arnhem] at home. Clear golden to slight golden-amber color, medium to full sized white to off-white head. Aroma is lovely, hops hit my nose instantly upon opening, delicious. Flavor is hops, resinous hops all over, lightly pine and spruce notes, but mostly fruit hop-resinous (old school fruity hop, not the fruit juice you often get nowadays). Love it. Nicely bitter, though for me even a bit more bitterness would have been great. Body is decent ot medium, carbonation is soft to average. Very pleasant. Thanks a lot Kevin!

Can at THT January. Hazy golden with white head. Sweet malts, massive hops, oats, tropical fruit. God damn, the classic IPA. IT STILL EXISTS! Loving this. Big sweet and moderate bitter. Over medium body and soft carbonation. --- Beer merged from original tick of Elevated IPA on 29 Jan 2019 at 11:07 - Score: 8
