Did someone ask for hops? Tired of beers that promise a full lupulin experience, but never deliver more than richly malted bitterness? It’s no secret that this is what we excel at. We’ve been brewing world class IPAs for years. Our flagship is the culmination of a decades worth of studying and brewing. Take a step above and acclimate to what an IPA should be.

Can. Pours a nice clear golden orange with a fizzy head and aromas of oranges, a bit of honey and a touch of pine. Flavor is decent. Oranges up front and resin in the finish. It comes across as a little malty/chewy for my IPA preferences, but it's a good one.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Lightly hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is smooth, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, lightly sweet. Tangy citrus and tangy orange peel. Little hop spice. Trace of pine. Light finish. Tidy if unspectacular.

Cask gravity at GBBF. It pours clear copper with a small bubbly white head. The aroma is rich, sticky, oily, resin, pine, stewed orange, peachy, dank and leather. The taste is bitter, pine, resin, stickiness, oily, slick, alcohol sting, grapefruit, peppery spice, some sticky dank notes with a drying and resinous finish. Medium+ body, low carbonation and oily mouth - feel. Pretty punchy stuff. Good fun.
