Some call Kettle Sours cheating or phony, others just can't risk having lactobacillus roaming around freely in their brewery. Kettle Souring is the quick and dirty way to create those refreshing and light sour beers we need during summer. Since it's a sour beer, we had to name it something with pH. See what we did there? We also sprinkled in some Citra, Amarillo and Bru-1 cold side for a little extra bite.

0,33 l can. Pale golden and a little bit cloudy in the glass. One finger fast fading head. Smells dry tart honey fruity. Taste starts pale fruity, increasing pale grain with less fruity elements. Light summer stuff.

33cl can. A clear yellow golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of tart yellow fruits, some vegetables, lime. Taste of lime, pale malt, tart fruits.

Verhalten fruchtiger Geruch. Säuerlich fruchtiger Beginn, spritzig, Berliner Weisse Ähnlichkeit. Vom Dryhopping ist nichts erkennbar, trockener Hintergrund, die Säure ist schwach. Kurzer getreidig-säuerlicher Abgang. 7/9/7/7/10/7
