(Tap) cloudy yellow orange color with a small white head; aroma of banana, clove, hint of sourness; smooth papalte, balanced flavor with a long, very light bitter finish

From a 12 oz can. Pours a clear gold with a small white head. Aromas of banana. Flavors are moderately sweet bread.

Banana, clove, lemon, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with moderate white head. Lightly sweet lemon/orange, banana, wheat malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Body on the light side for a Hefeweizen. Pretty good.

Refrigerated pint can, canned October 15, 2020 from shrubber85 poured into a glass. Slightly hazy straw with small white head. Aroma is light clove, medium/light body, well carbonated, and little lacing. Taste is light clove and wheat esters. Probably past it’s prime, but Shrubber85 gets triple bonus points for giving me a hefe from SD.

12 ounce can from Brookings Liquor, 8.8.20. Hazy orange large frothy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of strong spice, citrus, wheat. Taste is banana, clove, bubblegum, wheat, spice. Medium bodied, well balanced. Pretty typical, maybe some mild tweaking needed on the fermentation temp. Solid overall.
