Bottled (from KCM Päivölä, SJK). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is dry wood, floral and some fruity notes with a big earthy kick. Kind of on par with proper 3F/Cantillon Lambics. Flavour is tart wood, some floral, some ripe fruits. Leaves very watery as for the flavour, but a bit more oomph to this and it would kick ass. In the big worlds and names of even Lambics. Excellence in aroma. leaves quite watery.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours an almost clear yellow with a small, white head. Very timid acetobacter in the nose, appears quite watery. Light body, lowish carbonation. weak lactic tartness, dusty, slightly woody. In spite of what they claim, this isn't really complex at all - at least not to Brekeriet standards. 300621

Snäll men pigg syra. Riktigt bra. Brekeriets bästa lågalkoholöl i hård konkurrens.
