Draught at Skaal Sønderborg. God roasted aroma, notes of dark bread. Almost black colour. Seems clear. Small light brown head. The flavour starts off nicely roasted, followed by a refreshing fruity note, perhaps from the hops. Finishes with a deep and dark coffee note. Very late citric note with a good bitterness as well.

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours hazy very dark brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with estery notes and mild touches of fruit. Bitter, roasty and hoppy flavour with leafy and malty notes and touches of yeast. Estery and roasty aftertaste with malty touches and nutty hints. Decent.

Tap @ C4, Odense. Pours Black with a small beige head. Good roast. English licorice. Good coffee. Reminds me of London porter. Super smooth and dry with bitter roast lingering. Ashy finished touch. Excellent.

On tap at Christian Firtal. Dark brown with a firm and lasting off-white head. Roasted aroma with dark chocolate and liquorice. Sweetish roasted flavour with a light fruity note.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - black with a off white head. Sweet and light roasted malty with some cocoa and singed brown sugar, caramel, dried fruit shred, more hoppy rather fruity undertones punching through for a typical “English Porter” for my English palate, but works for me. Decent.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Very dark brown, small head. Rich chocolate and coffee aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Very mellow with chocolate and coffee. Low bitterness. Harmonious and very pleasant. Excellent!

Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, roasted, dark malt, dusty, light coffee, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210708]
