Tap with Cuso in Staromestianska in Bratislava - Slovakia. Coffee bean pour with caramel highlights, persistent ivory foam. Nose: cherry mostly, sweet cherry brandy, a bit of alcohol. Mouth: same as the nose with a bit of over-roast feel. Ok

Bottle via Beermalade tasting. Alcohol hidden well, despite assertive strength and light warmth. Relatively speaking, this feels easy drinking. Lots of coffee all around, defining the character here, definitely dominating the aroma and most of the flavour. Moderate body is thinner than expected. Med-high carbonation. I get light bourbon and dried fruits. Definitely catering tou stout style by focusing on deep roast, could use a bit more complexity from the rest of the malt spectrum though. Feels a bit empty, simple. Good but not great.

Bottle from the brewpub. Quite nice RIS, especially nice for the price tag. Obvious, though not very popping up alcohol. Roasted flavors, cocoa beans a bit, coffee, quite good, though I could imagine much more of RIS thing.
