Cocoa Mapalm is an Imperial Stout with cocoa, maple, and vanilla. This beer reminds us of a perfect Sunday morning with chocolate chip pancakes smothered in maple syrup with a hot cup of coffee. This beer has a thick mouth feel from the flaked oats with flavors of maple, coffee, chocolate, marshmallow, and vanilla.

Tap. Almost black color with beige head. Aroma is cold coffee, cocoa, not so much maple. Taste is cold coffee, just a touch maple, pecan, cocoa. Velvety mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Nicely drinkable considering all the adjuncts, and extremely easy drinking considering the ABV! +1 for that.

Cacao, and a dose of coconut. Thankfully the maple is as light as the aroma of napalm. Plenty of roast and coffee here as well for a complete aroma - this is solid stuff. Pours black without much head or lacing. Oily aroma. Caramel. Bittersweet end. Nicely done. Tap at Churchkey.
