小麦を半分近く使用して醸造したホワイトIPA。仕込んだ直後にタンクを冷やすグリコールチラーが壊れてホワイトIPAだけに頭が一瞬「真っ白」になりました！その後、直せましたのでご安心ください。すっきりした小麦の甘味にしっかりした柑橘のホップパンチ：醸造責任者がチラーにしたいようなパンチ。良い子の皆様、暴力はお勧めいたしません（笑）！

very lightly pale golden color. Guava and lime and citrusy nose. Slightly sweet. Smooth palate. Very refreshing.
