Fles geprobeerd bij de Maginot bevoorradings ingang "Ouvrage A19 Hackenberg" het is een lekkere goudgele pilsner met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het drinkt makkelijk weg.

0.25l bottle from leclerc in strasbourg. pours a clear pale golden with a quickly disappearing head. aroma of sweet malts, vegetables, a hint of gingerbread/honey/spices. flavour of hay, grains, cardboard. sweetish and watery, but somewhat drinkable on a hot day.

250ml bottle in Bidart. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of grains, cooked vegetables, faint lemon. Taste is more of the same. Thin, astringent finish.

Bottle at beach. Straight from the bottle. Boggy smell. Sweetened water with nettle-like, green leaf hop bitterness, layer of cardboard. Light sweet, light bitter. Watery thin body, low carbonation. Drank liters of this while on holidays in France back in the day, classic.

L’intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il gusto al naso rimanda a orzo e luppolo. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza, con bollicine medie. La frizzantezza è data da bollicine fini, a bassa e persistente carbonazione. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è medio. L’amaro è percettibile. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è dissetante.

[2/5/16] Bottle in Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport. Clear yellow with a white head. Grainy and corny aroma. Sweetish grainy flavor with some corn, and a dry and slightly bitterish finish. Light-bodied. Pretty bland and non-offensive. Easy-drinking.
