Tap. Clear golden color with tiny small head. Aroma is apple custard. Taste is apple sauce, vanilla, light leathery funk, apple peel, apple mash, very dry finish. Mineraly mouthfeel, almost flat. Good one!

Keg at the taproom. Pours golden, nose is earthy, toffee, funk, apple, taste is dry, funky, apple.
