Dizzy je Tektonikov drugi zvarek stila IPA. Tokrat smo se pri konstrukciji recepta zgledovali po tradiciji kraft pivovarn z zahodne obale ameriškega kontinenta. V svetlem in lahkem telesu je zaznati subtilne okuse praženega sladu s kančkom karamele, a ta je predvsem nosilec bogatih arom eksotičnega sadja.
Najbolj izstopata dišeča mango in pasijonka, nekoliko v ozadju se skrivajo še ananas, liči ter nekaj svetlega koščičastega sadja. Za ta stil je sicer značilna močna grenčica, v našem primeru pa smo jo nekoliko obrzdali in s tem dosegli prijetno ravnovesje.

Bottle, 0.33l. Pours thick, hazy orange body with two finger frothy white head. Really good retention and lacing. Refreshing smell, lots of hops, tropical, fruity, slightly herbal and peppery. Medium body with oily texture, regularly carbonated. Quite bitter taste for relatively low IBU of 42. Aroma is bursting with hops, lots of mango and passion fruit flavors, herbal, spicy. Some caramel in the background. Aftertaste brings in some mildly sour notes. Finish is long and bitter, mostly dry. Overall, nice one, but I found Iggy to be more to my liking.

0,33 l bottle at home, a pint at Sir Williams pub. Pours yellow golden clear with a finger of white quickly dissipating head that leaves some nice lacing. Aroma is tropical fruit, mango, apricot, papaya. Nice rounded long lasting bitter finish. Bottle was much better than on tap, tap was more fresh, but aromas were much more intense from the bottle. Very pleasant and drinkable.

Almost clear golden, topped with a smaller and non-lasting white head. Pretty strong tropical fruity aroma with passion fruit, pineapple and lychee. A bit subdued bitterness, still pretty hoppy stuff. A mild malty backbone with lasting and gentler aftertaste. Light bodies. Proper American style IPA.

Draught @ Vanilla, Koper, Slovenia. Pours golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, grass, fruity hops, peach, citrus. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, malt, grass, fruit. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 100816
