Dizzy je Tektonikov drugi zvarek stila IPA. Tokrat smo se pri konstrukciji recepta zgledovali po tradiciji kraft pivovarn z zahodne obale ameriškega kontinenta. V svetlem in lahkem telesu je zaznati subtilne okuse praženega sladu s kančkom karamele, a ta je predvsem nosilec bogatih arom eksotičnega sadja.
Najbolj izstopata dišeča mango in pasijonka, nekoliko v ozadju se skrivajo še ananas, liči ter nekaj svetlega koščičastega sadja. Za ta stil je sicer značilna močna grenčica, v našem primeru pa smo jo nekoliko obrzdali in s tem dosegli prijetno ravnovesje.

Oranges, pineapple, passion fruit, tangerine, light wooden notes. Very light sweetness, with light bitterness and pleasant tart notes.

Bottle, 330 ml, courtesy of and shared with IHC. Hazy golden, white head. Fruity, citrus, light grapefruit, tropical fruit, bitterish finish. Soft carbonation. Medium bodied. Not bad at all.

Thanks Riba! Hazy golden body, tiny white head. Aroma... Dry passionfruit, quite dry. Vague citric touch. Hmm. Dry passionfruit taste ending slightly bitterish bit herbal and slightly too thin. Ok beer but I expected more.

On tap at William’s Pub, Ljubljana, Slovenia. Shared with lovely Anja. Hazy golden to orange, small lasting off-white head. Medium hopped, citrus, orange, ground pepper. Light sweet, subdued bitterness. Light body, soft to medium carbonation, abrupt finish, texture to light. Average.

13-11-16 // bottle from a trade with MarkoNM. Thanks! Pours an almost clear orange golden beer, small white head. Nose is filled with tropical fruits. Taste is light sweet malty. Bottled 330ml. -Unclear golden coloured, small white head, tropical fruits in the nose. Again strong tropical fruits presence, notes of caramel and malt with pretty strong but balanced bitterness in the finish and aftertaste. Easy drinkable brew.

Bottle, 0.33l. Clear amber color with large soapy off-white head, good lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma of mango, peach, papaya, passion fruit, melon and mild caramel. Taste starts medium sweet malty, follows by mild tropical fruit and grass, mouthfeel is rather dry and mild spicy, while finish is quite bitter. Light to medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Promising start, but mellows quickly, although pretty good IPA...

Boutielle 33cl @ Tozd, Ljubljana. BB 17.04.2017. Orangée, col beige, blanc-cassé.3 Arôme au nez offrant un léger rétro de levure, fruité virant sur les agrumes. Palais est malté, mais avec une belle base houblonnée, fruité finemetn tropical - agrumes avec un fini un peu râpeux voire de pêche. Amertume herbacée, fini sec. Un peu trop orienté levure, fini sec accentué par les grains. J’attendais un peu plus de Simcoe, Mosaic.
