WCBのStarwatcherを彷彿とさせるアロマ。瞬く星のようにしっかりとしたホップフレーバーは、オレンジや黄桃、マンゴーにも似たクリーンで滑らかな口当たり。9.0%ABVあるにも関わらず、スルスル飲めてしまう危険なビール。
はたして彼らはアルケミストのもとに無事ホップを届けることができるのか？そして新たな希望(A new hop)となりうるのか？
しかし全てはネメシスの手の内に…。
Beam me up? Starwatcher’s big brother is back. The Alchemist sent his team of elite Starwatchers (code name: Yuya Boys) on a mission into the vast unknown, to boldly go where no Hop Dude has gone before? Spacewatcher is a West Coast Style Double IPA soaked in Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic hops, and light on the body / heavily compressed to really bring out those citrus and cantaloupe flavors the Hop Dude craves. Add that Starwatcher-esque tint of woody goodness and at 9.0% the G-force is real.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
medium golden color. Nice crackery malt nose with candied tangerines and mangos. Palate isn’t as tight as the nose. Off sweet, full bodied, slightly sticky, fairly aggressive bitterness. Once again I felt WEst Coast’s palate wasn’t up to where it should be, but excellent nose.
