Originally created by Brooklyn Brewmaster, Garret Oliver as the perfect accompaniment to the Iconic roast chicken dish ay NoMaD Hotel NYC. For NoMaD's London lauch we've brewed our take on Le Poulet, a hybrid between a Belgian brown ale and a Dubbel, using candi syrup and a Belgian abbey yeast strain

Can from Flavourly. Cloudy amber-brown. Brown sugar, citrus zest, caramel malts on the nose. Taste is sweet, zesty bitterness, hint of spice, caramel. Good depth although a little sugary.
