Draught @ Taproom307. Hazy bright yellow with medium foamy white head, piney hops aroma, medium carbonation, grassy hoppy taste, long hoppy finish. Nice IPA but not spectacular.

On tap at Abv. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A big sweet melon fruity nose. The flavor is big sharp funky fruit. Odd. Big malty base. Super sweet. Like a triple ipa. Lots of flavors. Melons. Resin. Biscuit. Solid.

Pours hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus, grape, herbal and alcohol. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long warm, malty, citrus and grape finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

25th May 2015: on tap in the Yard House, Irvine. Yet another hop bomb, this light amber one had a white head and an aroma of citrusy fruits dragged through the dirt. Bitter and hop laden from the first sip to the last, could have been any number of West Coast breweries DIPA (Hanger 24 for instance). Decent and a delight for any hop lover.

102 IBU? Still fairly smooth, deep golden body with a nice silly white head. Hops rule both the aroma and taste (as expected), gives a nice pleasant glow. Lingering hoppiness, although not as much as you’d think

Doften är Underbar mycket komplex fruktig wooow. Smakar komplext fruktigt med grape i eftersmaken. Mycket fyllig åh låååång fin eftersmak. När lär sig svenska bryggare göra dessa öl.

Much better than the first Knee Deep I had. Pours golden with good head and carpet lacing. Smells of citrus, with some florals and some grapefruit. Finishes with light to medium bitterness. Good balance here. Tap at Ginger Man NYC.

22 oz bottle poured into a tulip. Bottled 9/10/2014. Courtesy of my friend Ed, thanks! Clear dark amber with two fingers of off-white head. Nice webby lacing. Aromas of toasty notes, citrus, biscuit, light floral notes. Tastes of candied citrus, toasty notes, biscuit. Medium body with a dry finish. Pretty good and well balanced, surprisingly not too sweet or boozy like some of Knee Deep’s other offerings.
