Spannend!

Bottle, thanks Sten. Pour reddish amber, not much foam there. Vinegar in the nose, somewhat musty, red currant or cranberry juice. Taste has dry red currants, vinegar, balsamico, good balance there. Very satisfying, it also helps that I really like this style. Musty red currant marmalade, leading to a tart and somewhat acidic finish. I do enjoy this.

500ml bottle. Sour, vinous and oaky with loads of red wine notes, berries, wood and funky vinegary notes. Earthy and slightly tart with some balsamic. Okay.
