Incredibly flavorful & aromatic 5% farmhouse ale exploding with notes of mango, apricot, banana, bubblegum and lemon zest. Belgian-inspired Grisette brewed with a large amount of spelt malt & raw wheat for a creamy body. Fermented with our house saison strain and dry hopped with fruity New Zealand varieties, Rakau and Taiheke. Named after our brewery dog, Grizzly, and released for his 10th birthday.

16 oz can from the brewery, 7/11/21. Hazy pale yellow with white head and mid-strong lace. Funky, apricot, lemon, and grass. Yeasty. Some hay. Solid.
