Chocolate and victory malts give this brown ale hints of dark chocolate, hazelnuts, and toasted bread. Subtle hopping lends balance to the dark malts.

On tap at the brewery. Pours dark brown. Chocolate, biscuit, light red fruit, earthy. Medium body. Good.

Dark amber red brown pour. Thin foam. Sweet bread and ale...molasses taste. Very much a molasses sugar palate.

Wood nose. Clear brown, thin head. Relatively flavorless, maybe pecan. Light body, easy carbonation.
