Atlas' Bock Lobster is crystal clear and deep gold. Aged in Don Ciccio barrels that previously held Amaro Delle Sirene, Bock Lobster presents the drinker with soft floral aromas as well as vanilla and orange clover honey. Smooth flavors of nougat, vanilla, and nuttiness finish with a subtle herbal nod to the Amaro.

Draught at the source: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is spicy, fruity, hints of wood. Taste is sweet, light spice. Lingering aftertaste. Not bad.

On tap at the Ivy City location. Pours clear gold. Honey, perfume, lavender, blackberry, honey biscuit. Nice smooth body. Very good.
