Unclear orange with a creamy head. Very buttery, vanilla, metallic, lemon zest, brioche, overripe stone fruit, some banana. Dry zest metallic bitterness, fruity grainy buttery sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry zesty metallic bittersweet finish. A very good brewpub Helles!

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a small, white head. Grainy malt aroma. Medium body, sweet, grainy malts before a surprisingly bitter finish (for a Helles that is). 010126

(Gravity cask at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm, 27 April 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, herbs, cereal and hay. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of bread, herbs, citrus, cereal and a balanced herbal/floral bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and harmonious. Nice one.

Cask at Zumen. Clear yellow with frothy white head. FLoral aroma with crisp bready notes and a touch of grass. Some minerality. Drinks nicely.

Draught at Cafe Wanderer Nuremberg. Clean gold with a medium head. Aroma of butter malt and grain. Flavour is citrus grain, a little resin, butter finish.

Bottle from Landbierparadies. Clear golden colour, white foam. Nose of sweet malts, cereals. Taste is mediuim sweet, bitter, some cardboard. Bit unbalanced.
