Weiße Eule

On tap at Hutt’n Nuremberg. As Weisse Eule 5.5% abv. Orange gold cloudy colour normally. Tropical fruit. Passionfruit. Apricot. Peach. Just lovely. Not much hop or herb. But lovely.

Draft @ Fränkisches Bierfest, Nürnberg. Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity wheat malty banana clove aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy banana flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy banana finish.

On tap at the Brewpub. Leicht trübes dunkel goldenes Bier mit einer schönen stabilen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig fruchtig, bananig. Geschmack fruchtig, hefig, phenolisch, würzig, Nelke.

Hazy - murky matt medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, banana, fruity, yeasty, light clove. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, clove, banana, fruity, yeast. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20130509]

On tap at the brewery Gasthof, 20 July 2012. Hazy gold, with a decent white head. Light cloves and banana aroma with some caramel sweetness. Flavour had more fruit and spice, with some yeasty malts and gentle fish. Ok.
