Our homage to the classic strong bock lagers of germany is brewed with 4 malts + a gentle addition of loral & tettnang hops. this beer has been slowly fermented for 4 weeks, then lagered for an additional 6 weeks. robust & round, nowhere lullaby exudes notes of dark, toasted bread, fig, toffee & tootsie rolls.

Caramel and roast. A little tangerine, light oak. Clear mahogany pour without much head. Bittersweet finish, some oakiness. Tap at brewery.

Draft at brewery. Medium brown tiny ring of tight head. Musty aroma, malty, tobacco, molasses. Taste brings some minor sugary sweetness, then bitterness, then dryness. Malts throughout.,

Draft at Bluejacket. Poured a semi-clear copper color with a small off-white head. Aroma was toffee, light toasted malts, sweet grain. Flavor was similar, toffee, roasted and toasted malts. Sweet finish.
