This pils uses one of our house yeast strains, specialty Adriatic malts, and Edelweiss and Tettnanger hops. Floral, Citrus and cracker malt notes dominate the aroma, flavors of biscuit, cracker and melon mark the palate.

16 oz. can. Aroma has soft citrus, bready malt, maybe melon. The flavor is a direct reflection of aroma. Texture is grainy but also crisp. I guess the Italian Pilsner is becoming really popular. This is a fine example of the style.

Pours hazed yellow into a pilsner glass. Bright white soapy head with good retention conglomerates as it recedes. Meadow, honey and cracker aromas. Soft with lemon joy, hay and biscuit upfront turning to heather and earth in the dry, medium length finish.
