[9/8/18] Draught at Beavertown Extravaganza 2018 in London. Day 2. Murky yellow. Pickled vegetables, lacto, fruitiness, some salt, citric.

Keg at Beaverex '18, day two, 08/09/18. Murky golden orange with a decent off white cap that dissipates edgeward. Nose is tarte citric peel, grass, hay, lemon rind. Taste comprises prickly pear, cactus bite, damp straw, bitter sweet, pissy green berry must, light salt licks. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable Gose.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is salty, wheat, agave, some fruits, yoghurt. Taste is wheat, yoghurt, salt, agave, gooseberries. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good!
