No sparging, sprinkling, diluting or extra water here. We loaded our mash tun to the brim with 1.5 tons of delicious Belgian malt, mashed it once and took only the first (and best) runnings. Sure, it might be downright inefficient, but it also creates a uniquely smooth, rich and robust malty body to complement the intense, tropical flavors of our farmhouse yeast. Procure this ale while you can, before our accountants found out what we did.

Can pours out amber topped with a small sand head. Nose is sweet malts toffee caramel spice. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts caramel and spice.

Can from Tavour shared with explosivedog and our respective, very upset, spouses: pours dark gold with a white head. Aroma is booze, grain, yeast, and definitely no sparge. Taste is boozy, metallic, sweet, generally bad. A step above malt liquor.

Can, shared by mansquito. Pours clear gold. Banana, pineapple, metal, caramel, synthetic pineapple, heavy booze. Medium body. Kinda garbage.

Taster at brewery. Amber pour, flat. Aroma is sweet Malts and honey. Taste leads with honey notes, toffee, caramel. Smooth, hardly notice the ABV.
