Packing some tartness on the finish but tons of flavor upfront. Pears and lemons, mad delicious notes and funk.

Bottle pour at St Gambrinus. Pours slightly hazy dull gold. Apple, Sauvignon blanc, peach skin, light white wine vinegar tartness, good funk, bright zesty lime and gooseberry, light grain, clean bright finish. Light spritzy body. Excellent.
