Bottle with 5.1 ABV. Clear golden. Huge dense white rocky head. Stays for some minutes. Nose of spicy yeast, wheat malt. Light body. Thin to oily. Sweetish taste. Wheat malt, minimal banana. Yeasty. Spicy. Low bitterness as it’s the usual case with the style. Pleasant.

The Kristall version of Tucher Helles Hefe Weizen, so filtered and clear, with pretty golden blonde colour. Malty character with weakish apple-like esters and subtle presence of wheat. Honest and thirst-quenching, typical Kristallweizen but the filtering has deprived it a bit of its original complexity and elegance.

Bottle at a Japanese restaurant in berlin. Lively golden colour with a large shortlived head. Aroma is banana and fruit. Flavour is not as fruity, wheat but with a crispness. Finish is slightly tangy
