Cask at the Brunswick Inn, Derby. Amber with a thin cream head; slightly citrus malty aroma; malty flavour, sweet and slightly nutty; abit of orange sweetness and acidity to the finish. Better than the bottled version, but only just.

Bottle 50cl.Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, old malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (170508)

Bottled at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of flowers, malt, and caramel, leading to a slightly bitter finish.

Århus2008. 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Malty and mild hops spiced aroma. Flavour is mild breadish, light fruity and with a light spice note on top. Somewhat oldish in flavour and finish. Drinkable.

500 ml bottle. Clear, dark golden body with a dense off-white head. Aroma is malt, some caramel and fruit. Flavor is quite fruity, some bitterness and traces of roastiness. Refreshing and drinkable, bit actually a bit thin body and ordinary after all.

500 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV of the bottled version is 4.5%. Amber to orange coloured beer, large and lasting off-white head with an orangey hue. Moderate fruity aroma with raisiny notes. The flavour is moderately fruity and malty, hints of caramel and toffee, with spicy hops. Definitely drinkable, but does not call out the tiger in me.

Cask-conditioned at the Nelson, Wheathampstead, Herts 12/1/08. Amber coloured with a moderate white head. Red fruit and caramel aroma with some earthy hops. Flavour of sweet malt with a decent bitter finish. Drinkable.

Cask @ The Royal Blenheim, Oxford. Pours a clear copper color with a small off-white head. Fruity malty hoppy aroma. Fruity malty flavor with some hints of caramel. Fruity malty finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.
