Bottle@pbf XIV. Pale yellow colour with no head. Aroma is apples, some sweetness and mild hibiscus. Flavour is sweet apples, mild sugary tones with mild wooden tones. Flavour is wooden, some apples and mild sweet wooden tones. Refreshing and somewhat dry palate.

--Bottled at PBF XIV. -- Clear pale yellow, faint head. Aroma of pure apple juice. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Granny Snith apples with some syrup. Not much impact from fernentation - mostly breakfast juice.

75cl bottle. PBF XIV 2024. Poured golden in color. Sweet and ripe pears, apples and apple jam. Pretty sweet cider overall

Straw blond colour with lasting thin head and fine carbonation. Really strong perfumed apple aroma. Good balance of sweet and sharp. A real thirst quencher.

Bottle shared. Clear pale golden. Lots of Granny Smith indeed, quite sweet and sour with green apple and soft pear. Medium body, quite sparkly. Something quite different, not bad.
