Can from the LCBO. Hazy yellow, medium white head. Coriander, and lemon zest, with a pronounced wheat aroma good mouth feel, solid carb. Low bitterness, very herbal, more coriander, and citrus.

Can from Beer Republic. Aroma is peppery yeast with coriander, some citrus and wheat. Flavour is moderate sweet with a light bitterness. The above average abv adds the kind of body that is typically lacking in a Wit. Certainly good for the style.

This can may be frast proof, it sat in my garage when the temp went down to 28F last night and didn't freeze, hehehh. Pour is just like a beldgy white should be super light pale and a bit hazy. Nose is pleasant and fresh. Easy going on the uptake, just a tad of fresh cory spice. Can't really pick up the orange peel but who cares? This is pretty good enjoyable stuff. its well mannered and friendly, I'm liking this, you'd never know it was 6%, its so well behaved. Pretty good carbonation too! Yes, a well made on style even keeled beer tasting experience. Nice job CC!

Part of a flight at the brewery tap at Tampa Airport Terminal F airside. Mid-gold and hazy with a small suggestion of white head. Sweet and yeasty aroma with lots of ground coriander and a little bit of soft citrus. The citrus is in prominence at the initial sip, which comes as a bit of a shock. It mellows toward the finish with sweet spice on the aftertaste. Light body and carbonation. It's not my favourite Cigar City beer but it is certainly decent enough.
