Terroir is our tribute to Michigan ingredient sourcing! This beer will also help us really explore Michigan grown hops, as it is a rotating hop beer. This batch features MI LOCAL HOPS , Cascade and Mackinac. Pilsener and wheat malts from Great Lakes Malting Company make a perfect base for our house yeast and the hops to work with. Marquette township well water and Michigan beet sugar, for natural carbonation, round out the ingredient list. Expect classic saison character, rich with fruity bubblegum and spice, as well as a dry and effervescent finish.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clearish straw gold with a finger of white foam. Clove, grain, mineral, lemon and light hay aromas dominate the nose. As it warms up some peppercorn and dried banana notes. Smooth, with a mineral dryness and lingering peppercorn and clove. Another homerun from B+B.
