Keg at Beaverex '18 Day II, 08/09/18. Lightly black with a faded tan head that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is tarte fruit rinds, varnish, barnyard esters wood must. Taste comprises fruit balsams, cherry skins, funk, damp wood, tarte red berries. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with an acidic rise. Decent enough sour.

Bottle from Glasbanken. Hazy mahogany with a small head. Aroma of oak, vinegar, fruit and some red wine. The same in the taste. The finish was tart.

[9/8/18] Draught at Beavertown Extravaganza 2018 in London. Day 2. Dark reddish brown. Cherries, vinegar, caramel, sour, juicy. Very good.

Tap. Dark brown color with beige head. Aroma is chocolate, fresh yeast, leather, earthy. Taste is chocolate, fresh yeast, leather and tobacco, minerals. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Quite a good dark sour.

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza 2018, The Printworks, Surrey Quays. Reddish-brown pour with a white head. Nose of sour dark berries, blackcurrants, blueberry jam. More sour dark berries in the flavour with some blueberries and red apple coming up the rear (ooer!). Very good.
