Sa particularité tient à son amertume prononcée et à son nez très aromatique dû à l’importante quantité de houblon utilisée lors de sa fabrication. Les différents houblons sont ajoutées pendant le brassage et pendant la fermentation en cuve (houblonnage à cru). Ils confèrent à la bières des notes d’agrumes.
Houblons : Columbus, Mistral, Mandarina Bavaria, Citra.

Bottled 330ml. -at Goblet. Orange/golden coloured, medium sized white head, caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, herbal, light grassy and notes of oxidation with dry sweetish finish. Lots of yeast chunks all over the glass.

0.33 l bottle thanks to Vran and RJRocha, shared also with Ogi. Cloudy golden to amber, some hop sediment. Aroma is hoppy, herbal, fruity, caramel, slightly meaty. Thin, light body, light bitterness, moderate carbonation. Green tea and yeasty flavour. Minimal bitterness. Dry abrupt finish.

33cl bottle from supermarket E.Leclerc PIERRY, in France. F: big, egg-white, long lasting. C: amber to coppery, hazy. A: orange, grapefruits, some tropical fruits, bit caramel. T: medium malty base, orange, grapefruits, tropical fruits, long lasting bitterness, bit more on the bready/yeasty side yet ok, enjoyed.
