Can at home in Hackney - picked up at the brewery taproom. Pours clear yellow-gold with a modest, foamy white head. Compelling aroma, some tangy passion fruit, lemon, hints of wheat. Light sweet flavour with moderate acidity, tart citrus fruits, lemon especially, more passion fruit notes, faint salty accents. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, with more citric bite, sturdy acidity, light dryness, balanced passion fruit, a touch of salty sweat, more lemons. Very refreshing stuff.
