Bottle. Not a big fan of this style but thought this one was very good. Cloudy gold with a giant long lasting head with lots of lace. Aroma was a fruity and slightly spicy smell with a touch of funk. Taste was a complex fruity taste that had notes of wine like sourness.

From tap at the Avenue Pub, New Orleans. Aroma is peppery and yeasty with malt, herbal notes, citrus, flowers, hint of bubblegum, spices, lots of pepper. Sweetish flavour but has a dry finish. Body is medium. Nice classic herbal Saison indeed, comes with a hint of barnyard.

Draught @ The Wicked Monk, Brooklyn (Oct 2024). Clear golden with a small foamy whitish head, yeast aroma, high carbonation, bitter yeasty taste with basement flavors and faint alcohol undertones, thin body, long finish. A nice saison, a bit more bitter than expected.

On tap @Whale Outpost. Clear, classy, oily gold, thin head. Sweet & herbal, approachable nose. A lingering touch of fennel, banana & steel, with some medium soft herbal hops. Slick, then bittersweet, finishing semi-sweet but with popsicle stick tannins. Good-ish.

Musty barnyard, lemon, biscuit malt, and hay aroma. Golden yellow with large white head. Mildly sweet lemon, biscuit malt, mildly sour Brett, and mildly bitter fresh hay flavor. Nice body and balance. Excellent.
