Hella Belgian esters saison, nice light clean finish, bananas and apples and cloves upfront on the flavor, not much nose besides clean spritz. Nice!

Lovely, lots of creaminess, lots of Belgian yeastiness. Even something a bit dry. Touch of spice.

Can pour into shaker pint glass from Total Wine & More, Brentwood, MO. Appearance is cloudy dark yellow with tons of sparkle, finger-width off-white head with fair retention and no lacing. Aroma is yeast, fruity esters, wheat and tart fruit. Taste is strong wheat, clove, coriander, fruity esters, yeast, milder tart fruit. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, excellent representative of farmhouse/saison style with strong aroma and flavor. Quite good. My first Tennessee beer and they're off to a good start.
