Sampled from a can this beer poured a cloudy golden color with a large foamy yellow-white head that left very good lacing. The aroma was musty with perfume, citrus and bubblegum. The flavor was very musty with perfume, bubblegum and light citrus. Medium length finish. Medium body.

Bottle from Beer Gonzo, Earlsdon, Coventry. Consumed at home Friday 8th February 2019 down the office on an evening when we should have been in London. Pours yellow orange, hazy, white head atop. A lovely Saison and as described it is classic in style. Nice carbonation, nice sweetness, yeasty, fruity, dry, good aroma, a lovely light rustic farmhouse touch. Excellent.

Tap. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is herbal, peppery yeast, wheat, nice earthiness. Taste is herbal, dough, peppery yeast, very nice complexity, dry finish. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Good!

Tap at BeavEx2018, London. Colour is clear golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, dryness, some minerals, some Belgian yeast and malts. Lots of minerals.

Draught @ Beavertown Extravaganza 2018. Smooth, ripe fruity and spicy with some yeast and earthy notes. Okay yeasty and spicy saison.

Bottle - pours a lively hazy orange - nose of peach, citrus, straw, light muskiness, pear - full in the mouth - prickly carbonation complimented well by a mild acidity - medium dry up front, with pepper and mild wildness, followed by a moderately sweet middle of peach and pear, settling into a moderately spicy and mildly bitter finish - nicely done.
