From bottle at Wild Festival 2021. Rustic funky aroma with suggestions of manure, pretty 'farmhouse'. Fruity as well with notes of citrus, some lemon. Medium body. Pretty rustic overall.

EB from last Saturday. Tasty, wild and fairly complex cider with bright acidity and plenty of funk.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6.5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 5 | Overall - 6.5
Pale pinkish ochre-yellow cider. Faint apple; peaches, crabapples. Bit dullish flavour, somehow spicy, garden herbs. No carbonation, medium body. Not very cidery, nor hoppy as a dry-hopped beer would be. Flavours seem to annihilate each other somehow.
