Our first PASSION collaboration with neighbours Love Lane Brewing, dedicated to followers of fashion, PAISLEY is the first in a series of beers celebrating beer styles we love [old, new and not so well-known].
We brewed a super pale malt and wheat bill, fermented with a West Coast IPA yeast and hopped with loads of Azacca and Chinook to produce a hazy, super piney, aromatic and fruity DIPA that drinks like a beer with lower ABV. We have called this a No Coast DIPA, taking the best characteristics from classic US West and East coast beer styles and amalgamating them in to some new, fresh and delicious.

Can from Hoptimism. Hazy deep amber colour with a thin head. Aroma and taste are citrus, floral and pithy bitter. Smooth full body.

Can from Hoptimism. Appearance - bright and cloudy orange. White to cream head which is nicely proportional. Nose - orange, biscuit and melon. Taste - sweet orange, apricot and ripe mango. Brown bread undertones. Palate - medium bodied with a tangy texture. The finish is a bit sweeter than preferred but good. Overall - good if a bit sweet.
