We aged Professional Pils in a gin barrel for 4 months and "dry hopped" it with juniper berries.

Draft at the source. Pours a slightly unclear straw gold with a finger of white foam. Crackery malt and grain with light peppery hops. As it warms the juniper berry notes come out with lovely botanical and floral aromas. Palate is similar with the gin botanicals singing, but not overtaking the base beer. A fun take on pro pils.
