Sample (thanks fonefan). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, some alcohol and mild gluelike sweetness. Flavour is floral, some alcohol, mild fruity and some yeasty tones.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a solid, white head. Fruity and flowery nose with a subtle hint of yeast. Medium body, sweet fruity and slightly bubblegummy. Yeasty with some phenols, but to an acceptable level. Some bittering hops. Quite elegant really. 070922

Sample, thanks fonefan! Almost clear golden, small head. Buttery nose with some hay and msrzipan. Mid sweeet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Honey and saké like salmiak, some grain, wheat buns and marzipan. Mid bitter finish. Interesting, but not entirely clean.

ABV: 7.1%. Batch #012. Clear medium to light orange - amber yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, moderate yeasty, belgian yeast, sweet yeast, candy, kandis. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, belgian yeast, sweet yeast, candy, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity touch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
