375ml bottle. Opalescent (finally cloudy), yellow-ish, bright golden colour with small, frothy, diminishing, white head. Funky, vinous fruity, tangy and woody aroma, notes of oak, brine, some dill, sage, salt, mustard seed, a touch of white grapes. Taste is mildly tart, funky, tangy, spicy, slightly woody, minimally vinous fruity, notes of brine, oak, some dill, sage, mustard seed, white grapes; subtle, fruity sweetness with a weak touch of grape sugar. Slightly oily, watery texture, slightly dry and astringent palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Nice composition, balanced, harmonious, but not unpretentious - rather formidable.

Bottle from Beerdome. Clear golden with a fully gone white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, grapes, lemon, tart and wood. Flavor is quite sweet and rather acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 200921

ABV: 7.0%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, leather, saison yeast, vinous, grapes, oak - wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, oak, grapes, vinous, wheat - minerals, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210806]

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, fast disappearing thin white head. Aroma: Funky, wood, grapes. Taste: Light to moderate sweet and tart, quite strong white grapes, grapeskin, tannins, wood. Subtle wild yeast funk. Vinuous. Medium body, below average carbonation. Very nice.
