Sample (thanks fonefan). Pale yellow colour with small white head. Aroma is citrus, some floral, mild wooden herbal and mild herbal tones. Flavour is floral, herbal, some mild grainy, elderberries and floral tones.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Clear pale yellow, small head. Citric grassy nose with notes of dates. Tart with light body and clean mouthfeel. Perfumy soap, mild citric acid, white wine and grass. Low bitterness.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sour, citric, soured milk. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sour, citric, lemony, wheat, dry, light soured milk. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210708]

Can. An unclear golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of brett, citrus fruits, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of brett, lemons, hops, and malt, leading to a tart finish.
