Bottiglia. Al naso l'aroma rimanda all'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi e peperoncino.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma is grainy, grassy, herbal and mild citrusy. Pours cloudy golden color with thin creamy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet caramel and yeast, following is grassy, grainy, peppery, gingerly and heavy spicy, while finish is average bitter. Bottle at home with Dad, 7th May 2018. Pours light straw. Aroma is yeast, pepper. Taste is spice, ginger, chilli, quite prevalent, bitter, warning from the chilli OK.
