Can at home. Pale yellow color, white head. Aroma and flavor are nicely hoppy, fruity and decently bitter. Quite nice, I like it. Very solid IPA.

Slightly hazy golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of yellow stone fruits, sweet fruits, apricot, mango. Taste of mild sweet yellow stone fruits, apricot, mango, pineapple, moderate bitterness.

New England IPA from this microbrewery in Ohio, hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Nectaron (a still young New Zealand variety) and Nelson Sauvin. Thick and foamy, egg-white, audibly fizzing, cobweb-lacing, firm and pillowy head on a turbid yellow blonde robe with ochre-ish tinge. Fragrant bouquet of orange blossom, fresh lemongrass, lime zest, sweetly scenting lilies, tangerine, granadilla, ripe pepino, rambutan, meringue, chantilly, sweet red onion, green kiwi. Juicy onset, sweetish with tropical and mildly citrusy impressions of lychee, tangerine, granadilla and mango, the sweetness held in balance by this soft citric sourishness; active carbonation but fine-bubbled and acceptable for the style. Soft, mellow, fluffy but full mouthfeel, sweet meringue- and pastry dough-like core but nowhere sticky, again due to the citrusy and eventually somewhat oniony effects of the hops, with that sweet white grape effect of Nelson Sauvin and tangerine effect of Citra both very recognisable. The sweetness eventually overpowers the citrusiness - which is a shame, as it makes this entire beer end a bit too sweet and cloying, but of course this lack of zestiness and bitterness is a feature often seen in present-day NEIPAs and I guess this is what Hoof Hearted thinks their audience wants (they are probably right). Alcohol remains perfectly hidden and the general flavour profile will certainly please the young haze boys, so technically I have no comments at all - it is just that personally, as an older IPA drinker, I would have loved more citric effects and bitterness here. Typical contemporary NEIPA, in all.

Lots of green onion here. Tangerine peel and lemon. Murky yellow pour with decent head. Light caramel and some.hop tang, citrus tang in the finish. Can.

Pour is a hazy blonde with a large white head. Aroma is a real nice peach and citrus combo. Flavor is more peach and pineapple with some oranges in there. One of the more flavorful hazy IPA's I've had in a while.

Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, fruity - fruity peel, citrus, peach - stone fruit, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
