Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Roasty aroma with coffee, caramel, some caramel, yeasty notes. Powdery chocolate. Medium sweet and mild bitter. Body is medium. Bit of a Belgian thing going on, roasty with coffee. Easy.

Bottle at home shared with Laura. Brown color, small beige head. Smell and taste malts, sweetish, brown candy sugar. Tastes pretty much like a double instead of a stout. Certainly don't get coffee.

Fles gedeeld door Roelzie. Het is een diep donkerbruin bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van koffie en gedroogd rood fruit. De smaak is zacht zoet, cappuccino en koffie achtig met een fruitige afdronk.

Fles 33cl thuis. Zacht, cappuccino, haver, vrij zoet, wat weeïg, licht roasted malts, caramel, lactose?, suiker, cacao. (26-12-2021).

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ van Rooij, Culemborg. Black with a crème head. Gentle roasted malts and coffee aroma. Sweet taste with a sweet finish. A bit lacking in roastiness and overall character. It's all a bit sweetish and safe.
