Can from Barrel + Beam. Pours a clearish straw gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Saison yeast drives the nose with banana, clove, mineral water and light herbal aromas. Dry on the palate with dried banana, herbal hops and a mild mineral note throughout the finish. Bone dry finish with lingering saison notes. Killer stuff.

Pint can from Ridgeview Liquor, 1/1/22. Hazy amber, medium fizzy white head, good retention. Aroma of peach, oak, doughy malt. Taste is oak, minty hops, stone fruit. Vanilla. Crisp, high carb. Nice.
