Tasting at Ryan's, bottle
Hazy blond colour, dull, with no head. Aroma of apricots, sour; Brett. The carbonation is mild, the acidity is very moderate; fruity, stone fruit, a bit jammy, some bugs, very light cheesy bugs too. Not too bad.

750ml @ Ryan's (thx for the beer, man!). Appearance: hazy straw with a weak white head, Aroma: sour, some funk. Taste: along the same lines, low to moderately acidic. Overall: not bad.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy dull gold with very minimal white head. Mild acidity, touch of apricot and yogurt, okay, no off flavours.

Hazy, beige, no head. On the nose, some light funkiness, bretty accents, with a touch of phenol. On the palate, nice mixed ferm character, with a bit of biscuity malt, and a mellow tartness. Not bad stuff.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out stone fruit, gentle acidity, and light bugs — a bit jumbled. Flavour is full of lightly acidic stone fruits, light bulbs, and some rustic notes. Rather simple and lacking cohesion, but it's drinkable.

Pours an orangeish gold with very weak foam. Actually a quite nice brett yeast aroma, lemony, soft sour grain, hitting that mark very well. Taste is a really nice tart brett yeast, soft citrus funk, maltiness, ending smooth though a little wet. Really nice, hitting proper sour notes here.
